Refunds & Cancellations

At D & N Entertainment, LLC (dba DNE Party), we value your business and strive to provide high-quality rental equipment and exceptional service for your event. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your rental booking.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event date.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and your booking may be canceled without further notice.

Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of deposit or full payment.

• If D & N Entertainment, LLC (dba DNE Party) must cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund, including any deposit or balance paid.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be honored.

• Rescheduling is permitted and will be accommodated based on availability. Customers must provide a new preferred date and time, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
